This has been achieved by a production philosophy focused on speed of service and technological innovation of the controlled refrigeration system with capacity of 200 tonnes of packaged product per day.

How we work
Processing for the packaging of Red Radicchio and Carrots is fast and precisely controlled and certified. After harvesting in the field, the product is delivered to the company where it is immediately processed by highly specialised personnel or stored in refrigerated cells and then processed.
