Variegated Radicchio
The Variegated Radicchio, along with the late variety, is one of the most popular varieties. It is shaped like an elegant rose with leaves that are slightly curly and embellished with small veining that turns from red to violet and are uniformly distributed on the back. This delicate tasting vegetable comes from combining the lettuce variety with the radicchio.
